The Royal Shaman LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing a subscription from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
This website is hosted on ClickFunnels Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Subscription Terms
You may subscribe to the Align & Accelerate Academy on a monthly basis. The subscription provides access to a variety of educational materials, including but not limited to, a vault of on-demand training content, and a private community, for as long as the subscription is activated.
No Refunds
All subscriptions to the Align & Accelerate Academy are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that once a payment is processed, it is final.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. To cancel your subscription, you must submit your request in writing to our support team at the contact information provided below. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.
Educational Platform
The Align & Accelerate Academy is an educational platform and not a personal coaching service. It is designed to provide group instruction and interaction and does not include any private one-on-one coaching sessions.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our subscriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Accurate Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Prohibited Uses

Confidentiality
This education platform, as well as all information (physical or verbal) that the Client shares with the company as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Company agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. BE ADVISED: the Company-Client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, the Company could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on or through this service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and all other information, is the property of The Royal Shaman LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. The content is provided for individual use only and any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, publication, uploading, downloading, posting, transmission, or distribution in any form or medium is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of The Royal Shaman LLC.
Subscribers may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the content nor may subscribers decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the content, or transfer the content to another person or "mirror" the content on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Royal Shaman LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Access to the Content
Access to the Align & Accelerate Academy content is granted solely to the subscriber who has registered and paid for the service. Subscribers are expressly prohibited from sharing their login credentials or allowing others to access or use the content provided through the Align & Accelerate Academy. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing content with individuals who have not subscribed to the service, distributing content via copying, recording, or any other methods, or any other form of unauthorized sharing or reproduction.
Enforcement and Legal Action
Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, publication, uploading, downloading, posting, transmission, distribution, or duplication of any content is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of The Royal Shaman LLC. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the service. Additionally, violators will be removed from all current programs and barred from future enrollment in any Royal Shaman programs. Legal action may also be taken against anyone who engages in unauthorized activities involving our intellectual property, including seeking financial compensation for damages and injunctive relief to prevent further misuse. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Royal Shaman LLC at any time. Upon termination of your access, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
